COVID-19 COMMUNICATION:
Our Saviour has partnered with the Department of Education and the Department of Health during this time. Our new texting system will alert our families in the event that a child or one of their families members if suspected or found to have this virus. Most people have easier access to their phones than to their email and we want to ensure that you have the most timely information so you can make the best decision for your family. More. information about this will be released closer to the beginning of school.
Schoolwide:
Our Saviour Early Childhood sends out emails to our families with important information prior to the beginning of school and throughout the school year. We will keep you informed on what is going on in school, as well as other news that affects our school and families.
Classroom:
The teachers in each classroom send out multiple emails to inform families of what has gone on in the class each week and to support the continuing learning of the children.
Individual:
You may contact your child’s teacher, the Educational Directors, Registrar, or Principal via email with concerns you may have concerning your child. A member of the staff may also email you if there is anything specific to your child that you might need to know.
Emergency:
In case of NON COVID emergency, we will always call you. If we can not reach you, we will attempt to contact the people on the emergency contact list you supply. We ask that families keep their emergency contact list updated. We are also creating an emergency text system so that we can alert families immediately in the event a case of COVID-19 is confirmed in our school.
